We chose Shawnna Rigg to help us sell our Sequim property in the summer of 2024. We had a pretty good idea of the value of the property before we met with her. She did her homework and suggested the list price for the property based on the assessed value and the recent sales of comparable properties. We expressed concerns about listing early in the summer, because we didn't really want to close until the end of September. She assured us that there were probably buyers who would even prefer to have more time between making an offer and closing, so we went forward. Sure enough, there were several potential buyers who viewed the home and were willing to wait for closing. We got an offer after the first day on the market. Within a week or so, that offer fell through. However, we got a second full-price offer right away and Shawnna helped us after THAT offer was rescinded when the buyer decided she wasn't ready to sell her existing home. The third full-price offer came after Shawnna made a call to an agent who had a client that wasn't quite ready to offer during the first week on the market. Shawnna stayed involved after the third offer was accepted and made sure that the terms of the offer were being followed. We closed at the end of September and are very happy with the results! Shawnna handled all the process with professionalism and an upbeat attitude, even when there were some hiccups due to buyer problems. We highly recommend her services in buying or selling residential properties!

Ya know how some people shouldn't be doing the job they are because it shows so much in their attitude and how the work gets done? Well I'm here to tell you that Shawnna is in the perfect job for her and will work harder to make sure that you get what you are looking for in a home. When I met Shawnna it wasn't at a good time for me. I was going through a divorce and I needed to get a CMA on my property. I was a mess to say the least. But she spoke to me with such care and confidence it made feel like she had my back from the very start. l told her when I was through the divorce and ready to start looking for another home I would call.
